Live events are a little slower this month as our community tries to stay COVID-conscious, but there are still opportunities for some live music, dancing, and art hosted by some of our favorite local businesses. Here’s a quick roundup!

Live music weekly including blues, country, folk, and rock. The setup is outdoors but under heaters, so come prepared! Plus, food trucks are outside if you get the munchies.

Trash to Treasure Art Exhibit
The exhibit features sculptures created by Recycled Arts Festival artist Bill Leigh from unwanted objects discarded at local transfer stations. Each piece of artwork consists of at least 75% recycled materials and will be available for purchase during the gallery showing in January.

Repair Clark County - Drop Offs
Fort Vancouver Regional Libraries is partnering with Repair Clark County, a program of Columbia Springs. Volunteers can fix your small appliances and electronics, do minor sewing repairs, sharpen knives and gardening tools, and more! Visit the website for details to sign up.

Puzzling Adventures™ are a cross between a scavenger hunt, an adventure race, and an informative self-guided tour for all ages. Each adventure consists of a series of locations that you are guided to where you are required to answer questions or solve puzzles to receive your next instruction. All you need is your own mobile device and an Internet connection.

The Work Poetry Workshop: Saturday Afternoon Edition
The Work is a drop-in poetry writing workshop for beginners as well as more experienced writers. We will read and discuss poetry, write several new poems, and give each writer feedback on at least one of the drafts composed during the workshop.
