Fisher’s Landing East (locally known just as Fisher’s Landing) seems to be one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Vancouver, which can make their price per square foot a little higher than some other parts of Clark County.
It’s known for highly rated schools (based solely on standardized testing results) picturesque real estate, low crime rate, and is conveniently located right over the 205 bridge with easy access to Portland and the PDX airport. With a generally suburban feel, homes are for the most part well maintained, and many (but not all) fall into HOAs. Featuring small circles of streets and abundant parks, it’s a safe place to take the dog for a walk in the evening, let the kids ride bikes outside, and expect regular meet and greets with your neighbors.
Time to Downtown:15 Minutes

"Fishers Landing has a variety of parks, plus a doggy daycare called Happy Puppy Park that welcomes me, unleashed, to play all day long! There are lots of families with furry friends for me to visit as I go on my daily walks, but there aren’t too many businesses that I can hang out with my humans at." - Atlas
